This web site and the Grady Bankhead Freedom Fund are not connected with or recognized by the North American Vipassana Prison Project, Vipassana Meditation Centers, The Lion Heart Foundation, Jenny Phillips, Oprah Winfrey, any individual whose quote has been re-published, the Alabama Department of Corrections, Donaldson Correctional Facility Administration or staff.  This is a private effort on behalf of an individual, Grady Bankhead. The site’s mission is to introduce the public to Grady by providing a background of his life experiences and to solicit contributions for the funding of his legal expenses.

The Freedom Fund is not a 501/C registered tax exempt organization.  As a result, contributions are not tax deductible.  Contributors or trustees of Estate bequests interested in 501/C tax consideration should contact the Grady Bankhead Freedom Fund Administrator.

This is a beneficial trust for the sole purpose of funding Grady Bankhead’s legal expenses and does not create a trust relationship with any donor or third party.

The Fund Administrator will not share, publish or provide donor identification, email addresses, correspondence addresses or telephone contact numbers to any third party unless specifically required by State or Federal Law.  All correspondence, email contacts, and contributions will be held in the strictest confidence.
